When will I receive my order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship them to you via USPS First Class Mail. All in all, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.
What if what I want is sold out?
PÉROLA jewelry is produced by hand, in small batches. If you see that an item is sold out or made to order, don’t let that deter you from ordering. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order. We will restock or produce the piece for you
How much do you charge for delivery?
PÉROLA offers free ground for any orders in the continental United States. Please allow 3 – 7 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from New York, NY.
We offer expedited orders via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day delivery for $20.
APO / FPO:
PÉROLA offers ground shipping via USPS for $10 on orders going to any APO / FPO address. Please allow 5-8 business days for arrival.
PÉROLA offers Priority Mail Express shipping via USPS for $40 going to any destination in Canada. Please allow 5-8 business days for arrival (Excludes delay in customs longer than 24 hours.)

Do you offer international delivery?
If you are interested in receiving your order in a different location, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders shipped to any destination other than the U.S. are final sale and exempt from returns.
Can I change my order?
After placing an order, you have a four-hour window in which you can cancel the order. Go to your account, and click “Send Cancel Request” button on the My Orders page, we will check on your cancellation request and cancel your order. To change your order delivery address, drop us a message at email@example.com with your order id and the new delivery address. After the four-hour window has passed, we are likely packing up your shipment, but feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org — we’ll see what we can do!
How can I track the progress of my order?
Once we ship your order, we will update your order status to “complete” and send an email to notify you about this update. Within the email, you will find a link to track your shipment status.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. The items should be unworn and undamaged. We charge $5 to cover return shipping and restocking and deduct it from your credit card refund. Returns made for store credit are free.
